Beef Tournedos with grilled vegetables on the BBQ

Ingredients

Marinade for vegetables

  • 4 of lemon juice
  • 1 of olive oil
  • 1 of honey
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 1 of dried basil
  • 1 of dried parsley
  • 12 of dried oregano
  • 1 of dried thyme
  • of crushed hot pepper
  • of salt
  • of pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl. Mix the vegetables with the marinade and let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat the BBQ at high intensity. Oil the grill. Cook the beef tournedos according to the desired doneness.
  3. Cook the vegetables according to their respective cooking time (bell pepper and onion: 3 minutes per side, zucchini, mushrooms and asparagus: 2 minutes per side, eggplant: 4 minutes per side).
