1 package of Dalisa Hot Italian Sausage Gluten & Lactose Free
2 eggs
2 tbsp sesame oil
Tamari sauce (to taste)
Hot sauce (to taste)
2 cups of rice
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 onion
1 broccoli
1 red bell pepper
1 zucchini
Preparation
In a large pan or wok, heat some oil. Add the onion and carrots, and sauté over medium heat until the vegetables start to soften.
Add the celery and bell pepper. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Pour in the tamari sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to coat the vegetables with the sauce.
Add the pieces of sausage into the pan.
Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, set aside.
In the same pan, heat a bit of oil and crack the eggs into it. Scramble them and then mix them with the rest of the ingredients in the pan.
Add the sliced zucchini to the pan with the vegetables and sausage, and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Then, add the cooked rice and mix everything together.
Add tamari sauce to taste, and adjust salt and pepper. For a spicy kick, add some Sriracha sauce according to your preference. Stir again.
