Pineapple and Goat Cheese Sausage Skewers

Ingredients

  • 8 cubes of Chèvre Noir cheese
  • 8 cubes of fresh pineapple
  • 4 Dalisa Italian sausages (mild or hot)
  • 1/4 cup of warm honey
  • Toothpicks

Preparation

  1. Preheat barbecue to medium.
  2. Grill sausages about 5 minutes per side. Cut into 6 pieces.
  3. Thread in the following order on each toothpick sausage piece, cheese cube, and pineapple cube.
  4. Drizzle with warm honey and serve.
