Sausage, Goat Cheese and Cantaloupe bites

Ingredients

  • Dalisa White Wine & Shallots sausages

  • 40 g 

    of creamy goat cheese

  • 1 tbsp 

    of chopped chives

  • 1 tbsp 

    of chopped parsley

  • 12 

    cantaloupe cubes (1 inch x 1 inch)

  • 12 

    toothpicks

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. On a baking sheet, cook the sausages for about 15 minutes. Let cool and cut each sausage into 6 slices.
  2. In a bowl, mix the goat cheese with the herbs.
  3. Divide the cheese mixture over the cantaloupe cubes. Add a slice of sausage over the cheese. Prick with a toothpick.
  4. Can be eaten warm or cold.
