Sausage-Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Dalisa White Wine & Shallots sausages

  • shallot, minced

  • 2 tbsp 

    fresh chives

  • 3 tbsp 

    fresh parsley

  • 5 tbsp 

    white wine

  • large mushrooms

  • 1/3 cup 

    of breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup 

    of grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup 

    of grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation

  1. Remove the casing from the sausages to keep only the flesh. Chop the fresh herbs. Remove the stems of the mushrooms.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sausage meat, parsley, chives and white wine.
  3. Place the mushrooms without stems in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle a little breadcrumbs inside the mushrooms. Divide the sausage mixture among each mushroom.
  4. On top of the sausage mixture in the mushroom, add mozzarella, Parmesan, then breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 375°F.
