Ingredients
1 lb of ground beef
450 g of Dalisa Italian sausage (hot or mild)
1 tsp of olive oil
1 can of diced tomatoes (398 ml)
1 can of tomato paste (156 ml)
1 large onion (diced)
3 celery stalks (diced)
1 red bell pepper (diced)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp of maple syrup
Spaghetti spices to taste
Preparation
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Cook ground beef, drain, then transfer to the slow cooker.
Cook the sausages in the pan while breaking the flesh with a wooden spoon. Drain and transfer to the slow cooker.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
